| The Costa Blanca has become a
desirable destination for many Europeans and property
prices reflect this continuing interest. Additionally it
is popular with Spaniards and some residents of Madrid
and Valencia have second homes here and in holiday
seasons the main “tourists” are Spanish.

The area that we cover includes the popular areas of Javea and
Moraira, but also Altea and Denia all of which are about an
hours’ drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports.
Ideally placed in Spain for
touring it means that you can use excellent motorways to reach
Madrid and Barcelona in 4 hours, Granada in 3 hours and Seville
in less than 6 hours.

available including bridge, bowls, hill walking, diving,
horse riding, tennis, art and craft centres and a
