This new luxury project is located in the residential area of Monte Olimpo in Javea and offers panoramic views of Montgó and the Mediterranean Sea in a privileged location just minutes from the beach, stores, international schools and the golf club of Javea.

Jávea (Xábia in Valenciano) itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round Jávea scores with a very relaxed atmosphere, varied restaurants and the crystal clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally it belongs to the region of Marina Alta. Furthermore, the major city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are in the vicinity.

The unique thing about Jávea is its multifaceted nature, because besides the long rocky and sandy beaches, the surrounding nature also scores: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio as well as Cap Martí are four promontories, each interesting in a different way.
The mountain "Montgó" which protects Jávea and at the same time provides a connecting road to Denia, is considered the highest peak of the region with a height of more than 750 meters. Many visitors and also locals refer to the mountain as the sleeping elephant.
