Jávea itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round, Jávea boasts a very relaxed atmosphere, a variety of restaurants and the crystal-clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally it belongs to the region of Marina Alta. The large city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are also nearby.

The well-known islands of Ibiza and Mallorca are approx. 50 nautical miles from the port of Jávea. There are also regular ferries from the neighboring town of Denia to the surrounding islands.
