The villa is located in a perfect residential area with lots of greenery and a well-kept environment. Restaurants, supermarket and tennis courts can also be found nearby, as well as several viewpoints, the Ambolo beach and hiking trails overlooking the sea.

Beautiful bays can be easily reached by bus or in a few minutes by car.

The surrounding buildings are very well maintained and have already grown in, so you do not have to expect any further construction noise.

Jávea (Xábia in Valenciano) itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round, Jávea boasts a very relaxed atmosphere, a variety of restaurants and the crystal-clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally belongs to the Marina Alta region. The large city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are also nearby.

The unique thing about Jávea is its diverse nature. In addition to the long rocky and sandy beaches, experience the numerous hiking trails and viewpoints: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio and Cap Martí are four promontories, each beautiful and interesting in a different way.
The "Montgó" mountain, which protects Jávea and also provides a connecting road to Denia, is considered the highest peak in the region with a height of more than 750 meters. Many locals also refer to the mountain as the sleeping elephant.

Alicante Airport (ALC) is approx. 90 km away and Valencia Airport (VLC) is approx. 115 km away. Thanks to the good highway connections, the airports can be reached by car in approx. 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on traffic). The well-known islands of Ibiza and Mallorca are only a few nautical miles away from the port of Jávea. There are also regular ferries from Denia to the surrounding islands.

The leisure options on site are very diverse. They range from various water sports to tennis and golf courses, boat rentals, diving clubs and many other activities.

As the beach in Jávea is located in a sheltered bay, the town is also ideal for a family vacation. The large and wide sandy beach has a shallow entrance into the water.
