The urbanization El Tosalet is a beautiful and quiet residential area and yet only 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach Arenal.

Jávea (Xábia in Catalán) itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round Jávea scores with a very relaxed atmosphere, varied restaurants and the crystal clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally it belongs to the region of Marina Alta. Furthermore, the major city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are in the vicinity.

The unique thing about Jávea is its varied nature, because besides the long rocky and sandy beaches, the surrounding nature also scores: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio and Cap Martí are four promontories, each interesting in a different way.
The mountain "Montgó" which protects Jávea and at the same time offers a connection road to Denia, is considered with a height of more than 750 m as the highest peak of the region. Many visitors and locals refer to the mountain as the sleeping elephant.

The airport of Alicante (ALC) is about 90 km away and the airport of Valencia (VLC) about 115 km. Due to the good motorway connections, the airports can be reached by car in approx. 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic situation). The famous islands Ibiza and Mallorca are about 50 nautical miles away from the port of Jávea. There are also regular ferries from the neighbourhood Denia to the surrounding islands.

The leisure possibilities on site are very diverse. The offer ranges from various water sports, tennis and golf courses, boat rentals, diving clubs and many other activities.

Since the beach of Jávea is located in a protected bay, the place is also ideal for a family holiday. The large and wide sandy beach has a shallow entrance and calm waters.
