Jávea (Xábia in Valenciano) is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. Jávea scores all year round with a very relaxed atmosphere, diverse restaurants and the crystal clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally belongs to the region of Marina Alta. Furthermore the big city Denia as well as the cities Moraira and Altea are in the closer surroundings.

The unique thing about Jávea is its diverse nature, because besides the long rocky and sandy beaches, the surrounding nature also scores points: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio and Cap Martí are four promontories, each interesting in a different way.
Montgó Mountain, which protects Jávea and at the same time provides a link to Denia, is considered to be the highest peak in the region at an altitude of more than 750m. Many visitors and locals refer to the mountain as the sleeping elephant.

The airport of Alicante (ALC) is about 90km and the airport of Valencia (VLC) about 115km away. Due to the good motorway connection, the airports can be reached by car in approx. 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic situation). The famous islands of Ibiza and Mallorca are about 50 nautical mails away from the port of Jáveas. There are also regular ferries from the neighbourhood Denia to the surrounding islands.

The leisure opportunities on site are very diverse. The offer ranges from various water sports, tennis and golf courses, boat rentals, diving clubs and many other activities.

Since the beach of Jávea is situated in a protected bay, the place is also ideal for a family holiday. The large and wide sandy beach scores with a shallow entrance into the water and calm waters.
