Spain, Costa Blanca, Jávea, La Granadella:

The villa is located in a quiet residential area of Jávea near the wonderful Granadella Bay. Not far from the Granadella nature reserve and the residential area of Balcon al Mar, there are numerous walking trails and viewpoints along the beautiful coastline overlooking the sea.

Jávea (Xábia in Valenciano) itself is a small coastal town in the north of the Costa Blanca. All year round Jávea scores with a very relaxed atmosphere, varied restaurants and the crystal clear sea. Jávea is surrounded by the Comunidad Valenciano, closer to the province of Alicante and finally it belongs to the region of Marina Alta. Furthermore, the major city of Denia and the towns of Moraira and Altea are in the vicinity.

The unique thing about Jávea is its multifaceted nature, because besides the long rocky and sandy beaches, the surrounding nature also scores: Cabo de la Nao, Cap Negre, Cabo de San Antonio as well as Cap Martí are four promontories, each interesting in a different way.
The mountain "Montgó" which protects Jávea and at the same time provides a connecting road to Denia, is considered the highest peak of the region with a height of more than 750 meters. Many visitors and also locals refer to the mountain as the sleeping elephant.

The airport of Alicante (ALC) is about 90 km away and the airport of Valencia (VLC) about 115 km. Due to the good freeway connections, the airports can be reached by car in about 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic situation). The famous islands of Ibiza and Mallorca are located about 50 nautical miles from the port of Jávea. There are also regular ferries from the neighborhood Denia to the surrounding islands like Ibiza or Mallorca.

The recreational possibilities on site are very diverse. The offer ranges from various water sports, tennis and golf courses, boat rentals, diving clubs and many other activities.
