The villa is situated on an elevated plot with magnificent views to the open sea and is easily accessible from the beautiful Mediterranean town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Less than 15 minutes by car from Calpe and about one hour from Valencia, the area combines the quiet feeling of a fishing village with the cultural offerings of the big cities.

The climate in Moraira is sunny but temperate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year with average temperatures of 27°C in summer and 17°C in winter.

Moraira itself is a small town that has developed from a quaint fishing village into a popular tourist destination.
The original charm has been preserved. Moraira has a small harbour, a sandy beach and small, pleasant bays. Moraira belongs to the municipality of Teulada, 4 km inland. The wide valleys with their traditional fincas (farmhouses) are located near Teulada and stretch all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.

The airport of Alicante (ALC) is about 90 km away and the airport of Valencia (VLC) about 120 km. Due to the good motorway connections, the airports can be reached by car in about 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic situation). The well-known islands Ibiza and Mallorca are about 55 nautical miles away from the port of Morairas.
