The villa is located on a slightly elevated plot with views to the sea and the surrounding hills and is easily accessible from the beautiful coastal town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. Less than 20 minutes by car from Calpe and about an hour from Valencia, the area combines the quiet feeling of a fishing village with the cultural offerings offered by the proximity of the city.

The climate in Moraira is sunny but temperate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year with average temperatures of 27°C in summer and 17°C in winter.

Moraira itself is a small village which has developed from a quaint fishing village to a popular tourist destination.
The original charm has been preserved. Moraira has a small harbour, a sandy beach and small, pleasant bays. Moraira belongs to the municipality of Teulada, 4 km inland. The wide valleys with their traditional fincas (farmhouses) are located near Teulada and stretch all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.

Alicante Airport (ALC) is about 90 km away and Valencia Airport (VLC) about 120 km. Due to the good motorway connections, the airports can be reached by car in approx. 1 - 1.5 hours (depending on the traffic situation). The well-known islands Ibiza and Mallorca are about 55 nautical miles away from the port of Morairas.
